No Means No For Reporter Who Wants to Interview Colt McCoy

Colt McCoy and Washington beat the Dallas Cowboys in overtime Monday night.  It is customary for reporters to talk to the winning quarterback right? So how come Colt didn't get to talk to all the ESPN reporters?

It was a reporter for ESPN  Spanish-language Deportes network that got pushed aside by Washington Senior VP of Communications Tony Wyllie.  You can see him screaming "NO MEANS NO!" at  Deportes reporter John Sutcliffe.

Does NO mean NO in Spanish too?
