The Penthouse View From the New 432 Park Avenue

I have an irational fear of heights. In two ways really. One, being that high; Second, people tossing things from that high so they kill people on the streets. Here's another reason for me not to go to NYC...super tall apartments are on the way. The first is being built and we now have video of the view you'll get from the top floor. Which, by the way, was recently sold for $95 million.
