Watch Two Baby Elephants Enjoy the Pool

As the heat index climbs into the triple digits and we begin to melt across the state of Texas, maybe we can cool off vicariously through the antics of these baby elephants at the Houston Zoo.

This video is actually 3 years old, but I just discovered it.

At the time the babies were already pretty hefty.  Baylor weighed more than 1100 pounds and Tupelo weighed more than 600 pounds.  The family size pool lasted for about 5 uses before it had to be replaced.

Now it's three years later, no way they can fit in that now.
