Oh, Canada, just when we thought Florida had the lock on really stupid behavior, you come through with this.

I mean, when I was a kid, a lawn dart to the eye or a quick fall out of a two story window was the worse you could do to your siblings or playmates. These are times of modern times, however, and the lengths folks go to achieve High Stupid is pretty amazing. At least they put a helmet on the one guy, quite important when a person is taking a flaming flying Roman Candle right in the mustache.

Ye gods, and I thought Canadians were a superior species.
