If you've read any of these posts, you know I'm eyeball deep in music trivia, knowledge and whatnot, but here's a song I was totally wrong about. I always thought it was from the Captain And Tennille or Helen Reddy camp, you know, bouncy, seventies lite pop, something you'd see Donny And Marie mincing their way through on Saturday night, maybe wearing straw boaters and peppermint colored matching outfits. Nope. Turns out this was Maxine Nightingale:

Still, despite it's hardcore middle of the roadness, it's darn catchy and apparently, according to the label above, the guy who played Ben Casey helped her out. I'm probably wrong about that to. Yep. I'm wrong. Again.
