Let's salute now a song with a lot of Doo Dooo Dooo Dooo's in it. Hey there, K-101.7 Faithful. It's one hit wonder time here on the Song Of The Day.

We are headed back to 1978, to the second album by former Jo Jo Gunne (who are worth looking up if you're into power pop) leader singer/mustache enthusiast Jay Ferguson. Cue wind swept seventies hair....

According to it's Wiki entry, though the song went all the way to number nine and contains, like a lot of songs in the late seventies, some decent guitar work by fellow label mate Joe Walsh, this song doesn't receive much love from classic rock radio. I guess there's just too much Kansas and Journey to play to include Mr. Ferguson's only hit in the mix
