Hey Ho Let's Go: it's the K1017 Song Of The Day. On the menu for you, a peppy ditty from 70's era John Lennon, and his only solo number 1 single in the United States during his lifetime. While band Paul McCartney spent the seventies alternating between silly little love songs and tunes with catchy choruses but barely intelligible hey-it-flows-so-whatever nursery rhyme simple verses, Lennon spent the decade baring his soul with songs and lyrics that laid his tumultuous psyche bare to the world. "Catchy" and "peppy" were arrows in his quiver not much used during this time.

Except for this barn burner, which fairly bounds around the sonic stage like an Easter Bunny who has been over-sampling his own wares. Or cocaine...whatever.
