Watch a human version of a small Antelope surviving an attack.

Watching nature shows, and loving them, I understand the "Thin the Herd" mentality. Only the strong survive. It ensures the survival of the species. On occasion you'll see a young animal survive the attack. Maybe the Cheetah misses. Maybe the Lions get tired and quit. Maybe the pack of dogs get distracted by a SQUIRREL!  Either way, it's always entertaining and exciting.

In human terms of "Thin the Herd", we've all seen idiots light bottle rockets on top of their head. Play Russian Roulette with what they thought was an empty gun. Well, I thought this kid from Russia was going to be the next addition, or subtraction, to the human race. But, the Cheetah missed.
