The Odd Significance of November 13 in TV History

So we recently went through all of the Back To The Future II date commemoration, so there must be other dates in pop culture history which deserve to be recognized...right?

Well, yeah, this one comes to mind today...

Is it just me or doesn't it look rather mild for November 13 in New York City? Watch Law and Order and they're bundled up for winter by then. No matter, it's TV.

BTW, love the theme, composed by Neal Hefti. Neal arranged charts for the Count Basie band. It shows, that tune swings!
