The Men Behind “The Who” Didn’t Know What They Were Doing!

When you picture the managers of the big rock bands, you know the image your get. Big fat guy, cheap suit, shirt open, hairy chest, gold chains, some kind of cigar and a lotta ewwww. Or that dude in the sharp suit and sharper sunglasses who's always on his cellphone and calls everybody "babe."  What you don't get is an image of two ragged English guys in way over their heads who started out to make a cheap film and wound up the haphazard architects of one of the biggest bands ever in the history of ever.
