The Super Bowl may be in New Orleans this year, but there won't be any shortage of Texans in the big game.  You'll never guess how many of this year's Super Bowl players spent their college years in the Lone Star State...

Texas will be getting plenty of representation in Louisiana when kickoff happens, thanks to a few star players who hail from Lone Star colleges.

The University of Texas has the most of all Texas colleges with four players in the Super Bowl.  Chykie Bown (CB), Justin Tycker (K), Tarell Bown (CB), and Leonard (G) are all representing the Longhorns in the big game.

Texas Tech as the second most with two players but possibly the highest profile player with Michael Crabtree (WR), the star receiver who set records in Texas, and Darcel McBath (S).

Prairie View A&M has a player that will be busy this Sunday as well with Adrian Hamilton (OLB). And even  Texas A&M is represented as well with Tony Jerod-Eddie (DT).

With almost 10 percent of the Super Bowl rosters made up of Texas players, don't let anyone tell you that Texas Football isn't tough.

So who will you be rooting for in the big game? One of our Longhorns? Or another Lone Star favorite?
