We’re just two weeks from Game of Thrones Season 7 treating us to the longest episodes yet, though the future remains as uncertain as ever. Even less episodes will populate the eighth and final season, and according to those involved, the run-times may get even longer.

We’ve known for some time that Silicon Valley star and comedian T.J. Miller would be leaving the series behind, as well his esoteric explanations for doing so. Now that the Season 4 finale has come to pass, Miller lets loose on a wide variety of revealing critiques, cementing “I will never be on Silicon Valley again.”

Upwards of six years, we’ve waited for Game of Thrones’ Daenerys to finally make landfall in recognizable parts of Westeros and take back the throne. Well, she’s not quite in Kings’ Landing just yet, but a new Season 7 photo finally shows us the moment her real journey begins.

We’ve at least thirteen more Game of Thrones episodes in the tank, to say nothing of George R.R. Martin finally finishing the real story in print, but darn it all, if HBO was going to let Westeros get away. Reports confirm at least four spinoff possibilities in the works, with Kong: Skull Island and Kingsman writers competing.

Deadwood revival updates have been few and far between these days, beyond star Ian McShane’s occasional insistence that creator David Milch was hard at work. At the very least, McShane’s latest claims prove to be true, as another series alum reveals they’ve read the completed movie script, calling it “f–ing thrilling and f–ing heartbreaking.”
