No, the segment hasn't gone to the dogs.   City of Temple animal control head honcho Walter Hetzel was away attending a conference of like-minded animal-loving and rescuing individuals in some far off community,,sharing ideas on how these folks can humanely serve our towns and their creatures.  There are a lot of great things going on with our local animal control operation and shelter over on Mama Dog Circle
