I’m thinking when you buy a ticket to a televised sporting event that means you are okay with them showing you on TV.

Catching a ball, cheering, kiss cam, etc.  You know the drill.  So if you fall asleep during a game and it ends up on TV, enjoy your 15 minutes of fame.

Well, that is not how 26-year-old Andrew Rector of New York sees it.   He fell asleep in his seat at Yankee Stadium during a game against the Boston Red Sox.  The cameras caught him sleeping, and the two commentators started talking about him.

The clip went viral . . . and Internet folks also made fun of Andy.

Oh No They DIDN'T!!!!!

Andrew just filed a $10 million LAWSUIT against ESPN and Major League Baseball for disparaging him and leading to a, "unending verbal crusade."

ESPN doesn't seem too worried about the lawsuit, the clip of Andrew sleeping was still online this morning.
