Forty years ago, disco fever was infecting the nation and one movie epitomized the phenomenon. And now Saturday Night Fever is back on the big screen.

Director John Badham restored the film using the original camera negatives and remixed the soundtrack to bring out all of the thumping glory of The Bee Gees' original songs. He also put back in scenes from the original version of the movie which he believes shed greater light on the characters.

Fathom Events and Paramount Pictures present this brand-new Director’s Cut of Saturday Night Fever in select cinemas on Sunday, May 7 and Wednesday, May 10, at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be had at FathomEvents.com or at participating theater box offices.

This past Friday, Universal Music re-issued the soundtrack in a Deluxe Edition with music added.

Best of all, we will be giving away tickets to the screenings! More details this week.
