Play Pacman on Google Maps Because You Can
Just in time for April Fools Day, Google has set up an opportunity for you to turn the world into a game of Pacman.
The trick is to find a portion of a city that has lots of streets. The map itself will zoom into a ratio that will fit the parameters of the game. For example. I had Google maps open to Bismarck ND, (don't ask). I centered the zoom over the state capital grounds and this is what I got.
I figured it worked in North Dakota, then Texas should be a cinch. Here what a quick game in Copperas Cove looks like.
Down the road in Killeen I captured a touch of 190. Hopefully Pacman avoids the construction.
I just visited Yettie Polk Park this past weekend in Belton, so this is what it looks like in the Pacman world.
Headed down to South 31st in Temple to play.
I then headed south to Austin. 6th Street is a blast in our reality, what about Pacman's.
The world is your Pacman oyster, but hurry, this might not last long so play fast while everyone is blue.
