MySan Antonio is reports that Justin Warren, 31, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after admitted to attacking his uncle with a hammer and a saw.

According to the arrest affidavit, Warren went to help with repairs on a roof with his uncle, Robert Perry. According to Warren, the two got into an argument, and his uncle came at him with a saw. Warren then beat him with a hammer before cutting his face with a circular saw.

When police arrived, Warren told them that he got high and killed someone. Police did find a hammer at the scene, as well as a blue Ryobi circular saw. Both items were covered in blood and hair. Plus, the circular saw had "multiple chunks" of flesh on it.

Warren was taken to the police station where he made the following statement on camera.

"I have nothing to say other than, uh yah, I messed up. I messed up. I been high on meth and my uncle had mental problems, has mental problems. Bad mental problems, and he had done a little bit of meth before I got there. I don't know where the meth come from or whatever. I never seen no drugs, but we were both high, and I freaked out and hit him in the head with a hammer and cut him with a saw. That's it. That's all folks."

Turns out his Uncle survived. Relatives have set up a GoFundMe page to help raise money for doctor expenses.
