Need to be a college grad to get a job? NOT SO FAST!

Hello, communtity college grad Dave In The Cave here. Oh, you have to go to college if you want a career, they said. Yay, massive debt is a fine way to start your adult life. However, thanks to one giant internet company, that paradigm might be shifting in favor of those without a graduate's diploma plauqued on their walls.

"What’s interesting is the proportion of people without any college education at Google has increased over time as well," says Google's Senior Vice President for People Operations Laszlo Bock. "So we have teams where you have 14 percent of the team made up of people who’ve never gone to college."
