Turnovers, I really don't have a story to tell. I really didn't "discover" the deep fryer until I was in my 30's.

I was working in a family pizza joint. I started making mini pizza's, folding over the crust, then dropping them in the deep fryer. The family wasn't impressed, and it made a hell of mess.
