Mocha the Mix is our Pet of the Week

Officer Hetzel brought a Little dog to see us this week.  His name is Mocha and he is believed to be a dachshund mixed with schnauzer.  Mocha is about 2 years old, already up to his full grown weight of 12 pounds.  Mocha is neutered, house broken, and friendly with people and other dogs too.  He also knows how to walk on a leash.

Mocha was very calm in our studios. Officer Hetzel says Mocha would do well in a house with kids.

You can stop by the Temple animal shelter and see Mocha.  You can also bring any dogs he might have to live with.  Just to see if they get along.  Mocha is a really cute little dog who could use a good home.

Temple Animal Shelter could use some adult volunteers.  Volunteers help match up pets with people.  Call them and let them know when you can help.  They can also use cat litter and old blankets and towels.

If you don’t live in Temple, that’s okay.  I know your city has an animal shelter too, with plenty of animals up for adoption.
