Julia Conner And Her Brush With The Great Gene Simmons

I found it!  I found my Gene Simmons picture! Neither one of us had on Makeup!

Ever since I found out Kiss was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I have been looking for the picture I took with Gene Simmons and his then girlfriend, now his wife,  Shannon Tweed.  They paid a visit to Fort Hood for his reality show.  Gene is a big supporter of our troops.  They stopped by Fort Hood Radio where I worked at the time, Dave and I interviewed them and took pictures.  Gene called me a Nubian Queen or something like that.  Anyway, congratulations to KISS, and my BFF Gene Simmons.

Also congrats to the other artist who got in this week,  Linda Ronstadt, Peter Gabriel, Nirvana, Hall & Oates and Cat Stevens.

The 29th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held in April 2014 in New York City. The festivities will be presented on HBO in May.
