Indianapolis Cop is Caught Giving Up a Pair of Boots

Roy Hibbert, starting center for the Indiana Pacers happened to see an Indianapolis cop confront a homeless man the other day.  He snapped a picture and posted it for all the world to see.

Looks like the police officer gave the shoeless man a pair of boots.

Roy happened to be sitting in traffic when it happened.  He took the photo and posted it on Instagram so his 180,000 followers could see it.

In an interview with Buzzfeed, Roy said he wanted people to know that, "Not all police officers are what you hear about in Ferguson.

He also hopes the cop comes forward, so he can give him some free Pacers tickets.

I want to know if the cop carries around extra boots in different sizes just in case someone needs them.
