UVA rays cause wrinkles and brown spots. UVB rays are the ones that cause sun burns. You need to be sure that you find a sunscreen that protects you from both, with a SPF of at least 15.

SPF means "Sun Protection Factor". A SPF of 15 means it takes the sun 15 times longer to affect your skin. But it will be all for not if you don't apply it correctly.

A bonus Big Q Tip. If you're going to wearing a bathing suit, apply the sunscreen while your naked so you're sure not to miss a spot. Feel free to phone a friend to help.
