The Temple Wildcats kept their undefeated district record alive with a 41-34 win over previously undefeated Hutto.  The Hippos were down at halftime, but fought back in the 3rd quarter and forced the 'Cats to play 4 quarters.

Ultimately the Wildcats prevailed, and in doing so came one step closer to a district championship.  With a win against Waco Friday night, the 'Cats could secure at least a tie for the district crown, depending on the outcome of the Hutto/Elgin game.  Elgin remains undefeated in the district, but they still have their two toughest games of the season remaining.

Temple Head Coach Mike Spradlin and Defensive Coordinator Scott Stewart joined me Tuesday to look back at Friday's big win and look ahead to this coming Friday's road game against an always-dangerous Waco Lions team.
