What do you do with yours?  Mine are all in my car somewhere. I usually just rip them off the first time and never see them again. Seriously, who puts an umbrella cover back on.  I tried, it is very difficult.  Maybe they are not meant to go back on.

Oh look I found it, in the back of the car, right next to the umbrella.

You know, not all umbrella covers are created equal. In fact there is an Umbrella Cover Museum in Peaks Island, Maine. You can explore different covers made out of different fabrics.

The museum is run by a lady who is in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most umbrella covers in the world! 730 of them back in 2012. She may have added more since then.  I know we can't afford to make a special trip to Maine to see the covers, so let's all thank museum curator, Nancy 3. Hoffman for making this video.  (There really is a 3 in her name)

And here you can see how excited Nancy 3. is, when she got her letter from Guinness. I got excited just watching it!

Of course they have a Facebook page! Go check it out, you may have an interesting umbrella cover you would like to donate, like this one.  It's my favorite!
