Check your bread. If you picked it up at H-E-B, you might have an issue.

I almost bought some sandwich bread last week. Glad I decided to go with the tortilla option.

KWTX is reporting that H-E-B issued a voluntary, precautionary recall of two brands of bread: H-E-B, and Hill County Fare.

Check your "Best -by" date. If it reads April 29th or earlier, then you can return it for a refund.

It seems there is a possible presence of a single piece of rubber in the bread. If you have any questions or concerns, you can call the H-E-B Customer Service number at 1-855-432-4438.
