A Columbus, Georgia mom had it up to here with her out of control preteen. So she called 911 and had him arrested.

Chiquita Hill was fed up with her son Sean's behavior.  Chiquita says for the last few weeks, her 10 year old had been talking back to his 5th grade teacher. “Rude and disrespectful, not wanting to do his class work,” she says.

It had gotten so bad, Sean's teacher stopped by the house Tuesday to talk to him about his behavior.

“I was sitting there trying to decide how I am I going to discipline Sean because nothing was working”.

Well when you need help call 911! Chiquita called the police and asked them to scare Sean straight.

Officers showed up at the house and did as she asked.

Chiquita says her son didn't believe the police were out there waiting for him  until Columbus police officers showed up at the door and put him in handcuffs. “It happened so quick he didn't know what to do” she says.

The cops put him in the patrol car and pretended to take him to jail. “One of the officers got in the car, flashed the lights and just stepped off the brakes to give him a scare…I don't know what they said to him but he came running down the hill, gave me a big hug said, ‘I'm sorry, I'm sorry,” she says.

Chiquita says officers assured her that her son was never in any danger. Columbus police say while they will help anyone, they say to keep in mind officers are extremely busy.

The Facebook post is getting mixed reactions.  Some say she did the right thing others say shame on her.  What is your take?
