European Grilled Cheese Looks Amazing

They do things differently in Europe. I know, I know, that's like saying the sky is blue. Of course they do things differently in Europe, that's why a good chunk of us are here in America now. Our ancestors didn't like the way the did things in Europe, so they came here. One thing they obviously didn't like in Europe was Cheese. 

When the Grand folks came over they sliced up the cheese and wrapped it in plastic slices. In Europe, they still keep it in blocks. European dairy company Schärdinger demonstrates how they make grilled cheese with a special machine. My ancestors might not have migrated if we new about this. I want one.
