Do you all remember the flooding that happened last year?

For some of you with short term memories issues, myself included, you might not remember some of the flooding issues we were faced with in 2016 in Central Texas, which by the way, is the main cause for all that dam construction in Belton.

It was Climaterealityproject.org that reminded me of the flooding issues we saw last year. Twelve people tragically lost their lives at the end of May in 2016. It also caused historic river levels. The Brazos river hit its highest mark in over a century at 54.49 feet.

The flooding was a result of a stalled weather front that produced a lot of rain. And for those folks that believe in "Global Warming", this is the type of thing that they worry about.
