It's because Furious Seven is a) The most popular movies in the history of ever and b) The most in your mug insultingly stupid movie in the history of duhhh.  Vin Diesel said it should win an Oscar for best picture? Well, let me tell you what, Mark (his real name), you should pay heed to those movies of the past that did the rip roaring action movie thing better, and smarter, than trying to get me to believe a bunch of stick figures driving their cars out the back of a cargo plane was a thing that could happen.
