The "power couple" who put Waco back on the map with their homespun home renovation TV series will release their semi-autobiographical first book in the coming month.

Chip and Joanna Gaines, stars of HGTV's successful Fixer Upper series are riding high these days and have decided to share their story of success in a new form, The Magnolia Story. It drops in stores and in e-book format on October 18.

A video shot for retailers tells the story behind the book.

The publisher of The Magnolia Story is faith-based house Thomas Nelson, which is releasing the Gaines book on its W Publishing Group imprint. Expect Chip and Joanna's book to be available in Christian bookstores like Lifeway as well as online behemoth Amazon.com, where it is already listed in hardcoverKindle ebook with an exclusive additional chapter from Chip and Joanna not found in the hardcover, and audiobook format read by Chip and Joanna themselves.

And if that wasn't enough, Thomas Nelson will publish Joanna's own design book in 2017. When do these two ever sleep?!
