Central Texans Invited to Honorable Burial of Unaccompanied Veteran in Killeen

Citizens of Killeen, Temple, and surrounding communities are invited to attend the burial of a local veteran who will otherwise be unaccompanied Wednesday, November 30.

Galen Bruce Pearson served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1998.

The Fort Hood Casualty Office and Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen have worked together to ensure that Mr. Pearson is given military honors, but they need our help to make sure he is surrounded by patriots as he is laid to rest.

The service will be held at 9 AM Wednesday at the Central Texas States Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195 in Killeen.
