I teased you yesterday, now find out what happened to the band Sheriff.

Well, yesterday I told you about the Canadian band Sheriff, and how they had a number one song in America four years after they broke up. The question was put forth about getting back together. Half the band said no, so, the other members got together and formed a new band…Alias.

They took the formula of Sheriff’s “When I’m With You” and created the hit “More Than Words Can Say”, or (I Need You Now) More Than Words Can Say. They, like a lot of other 80's bands, would be hard-pressed to get their music heard once the Prozac sound of 90's Grunge took over the radio, but they were around long enough to get on my cassette.
