Hey Der,

Big Q here. Had a discussion a while back with a co-worker about dish washing. I, being a single person, don't really need to use the dishwasher. I've got two of everything so I can run a rotation situation. I clean up the last meals dishes while I'm making the current meal. That means, I soak my dishes. This grossed my co-worker out.

Now, I did tell him that I soaked the dishes in the water I just used to wash the last meals dishes in. (I should mention that the above water also has some Listerene spit in it) Soak being the key word, not wash. When it's time to wash, I drain the water and start fresh, even though soap is self cleaning. So no matter how nasty the water gets, I'll clean the dishes in fresh water.

Didn't seem to help. He was grossed to the point of barfing. I offered to make him a sandwich of the pork loin I made, but he declined. I probably should've shown him this picture of my croc pot.

I also like to soak this before I clean it. Look how much stuff floated to the top of the pot. I would've had to use a lot of elbow grease to get that out if I didn't soak it for a week. Yes, a week. I admit, that could be mold. Oh well, the water got dumped and then replace with fresh soapy water, which makes everything better.

I plan on baking some cookies in my underwear next week. Any takers?
