A bomb threat threatening accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan has forced an evacuation of Bell County Justice Center in Belton on Wednesday. Staff have been allowed to return the building as of 1 p.m.

A "non-specific" threat was made at 10:55 a.m. today according to Bell County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Donnie Adams. Adams said the threat did involve Hasan but did not elaborate. According to sources, the caller threatened to blow up the building

The Bell County Justice Center also contains the Bell County Jail where inmates were placed on locked down according to reports.
