Thanks to everyone who came out to our 10th Anniversary for Bloomin Fest this past weekend.

I didn't get to see to much of it. As the radio world slims down on people, the rest of us are

I didn't tell anyone that they get intimate with their mother

needed to pick up the slack. There is no bigger proof than this than having me out in public. I've been regulated to the station for events for most of my time here. That's been fine. I don't get skin cancer in a air conditioned room. Plus, I don't say anything that will offend. I'm sorry, let me re-phrase. No one hears the offensive things that I say when I'm back at the station.

This year was so huge an event I was called into public duty. (ha, duty). We had perfect weather both nights, even though rain was called for both evenings. I was able to work 2 of the 3 gates to get in to the event. I pray to God I never have to work the last gate. I didn't lose any money, I didn't scare any children, and I didn't tell anyone that they get intimate with their mother. All around a success.

I haven't been doing well at all with my eating habits, so this year I was unable to treat myself to deep fried Oreos. I stoped myself from eating any by not bringing any money. Amazing how that seems to control ones spending.

I hope everyone else had a good time. I want to pass out some advice from what I learned about the weekend. People, the carnival is part of the event. If you just want to use the carnival you will have to pay to get into the event. I know. Trust me, I've heard all about it. This is why we've been having the carnival open a day early, and stay open a day after Bloomin Fest. So next year, if you only are interested in the Carnival, then check the web sights to find out when the carnival will be open by itself.
