Who remembers Leather Tuscadaro?

I was a big fan of the show 'Happy Days' growing up. Heck, who wasn’t? At one point they introduced a character who had the nerve to steal Fonzie’s comb. It was Leather Tuscadaro.

I couldn’t take my eyes off the TV. Her feathered hair, with blond highlights, framed a beautiful face that loved to sing Elvis songs. The way she would slap her thigh's and then point at you was so cool. Turns out she was a real singer, besides being a real looker.

Her real name was Suzi Quatro. She had more hits over in England and Europe, but she did have one hit in America. She teamed up with Brit Chris Norman for the hit “Stumblin In”. Her place in my “leather” dreams would be replaced by Joan Jett a few years later, but I’ll always have Happy Days, and this cassette classic, from 1979, “Stumblin In”.
